Renaissance Smart Tech Private Limited (hereinafter referred to as “RSTPL”, “us”, “we”), doing business as Renaissance Investment Advisors, is registered with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) as an Investment Adviser (IA) and a Research Analyst (RA). We provide investment advisory services, research services and other services permitted under the applicable SEBI regulations. RSTPL is committed to safeguarding any information submitted on the website (“Site”) and/or the services made available through the Site (referred to as the “Platform”) of RSTPL. The privacy policy provides you with a summary of the kinds of information we collect and the precautions we take to protect it.
Under the Privacy Policy posted on our Platform from time to time, we may also permit our group companies, affiliates, subsidiary companies, and third parties to use our Platform to offer their products and services to you.
User Consent and Agreement
By providing us with your personal information through our Platform, you acknowledge that you are familiar with and consent to the terms of this Privacy Policy, as well as to the collection, use, and disclosure of that information in accordance with this Policy.
Information you provided to us
We will collect your name, email address, and any other content of your email in order to respond to you if you send us feedback or contact us via email.
If you provide us with personal and financial information, such as your age, investments, PAN, and phone number, we may collect it while you use the platform’s services

To assist us in analyzing specific online activities, we may employ third-party service providers. These service providers, for instance, may assist us in analyzing Platform visitor activity. We may permit these service providers to use cookies and other technologies to perform these services for us.
Use of personal information
In most cases, the personal information you provide about yourself or your business is used to either fulfill your requests or improve our services to you. We use this kind of personal data in the following ways::

Your investment information (such as value of holdings, returns etc.) will be utilized by RSTPL for the aforesaid tracking purposes.

Due to their obligation to comply with applicable laws, including cyber laws, we may occasionally be required to disclose any personal information we collect to governmental, judicial, or regulatory bodies. In order to facilitate the provision of services to you and/or to carry out technical, logistical, and other functions on our behalf, we may share your information, including personal information, with third parties, including group companies.

You will leave our Platform when you click on a link to another website or location. While you are there, another entity may collect your personal information or anonymous information. These external websites and the content they contain are beyond our control, we do not review them, and we cannot be held accountable for them. Please be aware that the terms of this Privacy Policy do not apply to these external websites, their content, or any information collected after clicking on links to them.

RSTPL is committed to protecting the security and privacy of your Personal Information. We endeavor to have suitable technical, operational and physical security controls and measures to safeguard all information we collect that is relevant to our business at all times. We safeguard your personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure by utilizing a variety of industry-standard security technologies and procedures, which we periodically review. We will endeavor to inform you of the extent of any breach of our security control measures that results in unauthorized access to your information, subject to applicable law and cooperation with the relevant authorities. In addition, despite our efforts to safeguard your information, unauthorized individuals may use sensitive or personal data or information in violation of security controls., RSTPL and its affiliates and directors shall not be held responsible/liable.
Refund and Cancellation:
A. Investment Advisory Services
The refund and cancellation policy applicable to Investment Advisory Services shall be governed by the provisions of the SEBI (Investment Advisers) Regulations, 2013, applicable SEBI circulars, and the Investment Advisory Agreement executed with the Client.
A Client may terminate the Investment Advisory Agreement by providing prior written notice in accordance with the terms of the agreement.
RSTPL may terminate the Investment Advisory Agreement in accordance with the terms of the agreement and applicable SEBI regulations.
Upon termination of the Investment Advisory Agreement, RSTPL shall refund the advisory fees collected in advance for the unexpired period during which advisory services have not been rendered.
RSTPL may retain a breakage fee, if applicable, which shall not exceed the advisory fees for one quarter, in accordance with the applicable SEBI circulars.
Any refund payable shall be processed within 30 business days from the effective date of termination of the Investment Advisory Agreement or such other timeline as may be prescribed by SEBI from time to time.
No refund shall be payable for advisory services already rendered prior to the effective date of termination.
In case of any conflict between this policy and the applicable SEBI Regulations or circulars, the provisions prescribed by SEBI shall prevail.
B. Research Analyst Services
The refund and cancellation policy applicable to Research Analyst Services shall be governed by the SEBI (Research Analysts) Regulations, 2014, applicable SEBI circulars, and the subscription agreement or terms accepted by the Client.
A subscriber may discontinue or terminate the subscription to Research Analyst services in accordance with the terms of the subscription agreement.
Where subscription fees have been collected in advance and the subscription is terminated before the expiry of the subscription period, RSTPL may refund the fees for the unexpired portion of the subscription period, subject to the terms agreed with the subscriber and applicable SEBI regulations.
No refund shall be payable for research reports, recommendations, or other research services that have already been provided or made available to the subscriber prior to the date of termination.
Any eligible refund shall be processed within 30 business days from the date on which the refund becomes due, unless a different timeline is prescribed under applicable law.
RSTPL reserves the right to reject refund requests where the subscriber has availed the subscribed research services in accordance with the agreed terms, except where otherwise required under applicable law or regulatory directions.
In the event of any amendment to the SEBI (Research Analysts) Regulations, 2014, or any circulars or directions issued by SEBI, this policy shall be deemed to stand modified to the extent necessary to ensure regulatory compliance.
Retention of information/data
RSTPL shall retain records and personal information for such period as prescribed under applicable laws, including the SEBI (Investment Advisers) Regulations, 2013, the SEBI (Research Analysts) Regulations, 2014, and other applicable regulatory requirements.
Amendments/Modifications
This Privacy Policy available on our website is current and valid. However, RSTPL reserves the right to change any of this policy’s sections at any time and the general public are requested to keep themselves updated for changes by reading the same from time to time.

Definitions
